sleep comes slowly , nights
your side of the bed, empty
no comfort in dreams

fraught

fraught with angry words
the nights quiet split with rage
domestic violence

Seductive

back arching upwards
tongue peeks out to lick your lip
eyes close with your touch

stormy weather

churning, darkened seas
frothing with wind whipped whitecaps
snow piles on the shore
